Alecom112 app can be used by emergency services to receive and manage the SOS alarms received from the government.User needs to contact organization admin to get registered and get Login credentials. Once registered user can login and use the following features of the app.Features-Receiving SOS alarms.Accepting/Rejecting SOS alarms.Navigating to the received alarm location using map.Call back to dispatch.Opening assigned stations garage doors.Changing User status. Offline Users will not be allowed to receive alarms.Receiving broadcast notification inside the organization.Managing the app settings like edit profile, FAQ, Feedback, etc.All the settings are configurable from web admin.Users will need to always allow the location sharing as well as to receive alarms according to their current location even if the app is in the background or closed.If location permission not allowed then user will be marked as Offline and will not be able to receive the alarms, however user can still view the previously received alarms.
